You can modify a tennis racket’s balance point by adding weight to different areas of the frame. Installing a torsion balancer allows you to make your racket more head-heavy (for extra power) or more head-light (for faster swings), without altering the string setup.
You can increase racket stability by installing torsion balancers on the frame. When placed at 3 and 9 o’clock, they add weight that raises twistweight, making the racket more resistant to twisting on off-center shots. In addition, their structure dissipates harmful frame vibrations, giving you a steadier and more controlled feel.
Racquet twistweight is a measurement of how resistant a tennis racket is to twisting when the ball hits outside the sweet spot. A higher twistweight means the frame stays more stable on off-center shots, giving you cleaner control.
