Detailed support, conditions and promotional duties are shared directly with applicants whose profile passes the initial review. Every prospective partnership requires an on-court product test before a formal proposal is made.
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Tennis, padel and pickleball players — from competitive juniors and active players to coaches and creators — can apply. We look for athletes who share AMbelievable’s attention to detail and genuinely appreciate our products.
Applicants under 18 will need the involvement of a parent or legal guardian before any agreement is made.
No single minimum ranking applies to every programme. Results and progression are particularly important for Pro-Performance and Performance, while AMbassador applications also consider technical feedback, content creation and community relevance.
No. We value credibility and relevance more than follower count. A public profile is not required: agreed content may also be provided directly to AMbelievable, particularly by minors or athletes with private accounts.
Yes. Applicants selected after the Profile Review test the products on court and provide feedback before any partnership is formalised.
We first review your sporting profile and potential fit. If selected, we contact you to arrange the Product Test and explain the next steps.
After the test, we evaluate your feedback and define the most appropriate programme, products and collaboration terms. If both sides wish to continue, we formalise the partnership.
