Updating Your Shipping Address for AMbelievable™ Orders

That’s why we make it easy to add or update your shipping address—either while placing your order or (if it hasn’t shipped yet) shortly afterward.

Here’s how to enter your shipping address:

Before Placing an Order:

Checkout: During check out, you will be able to enter your shipping address. Simply enter the desired shipping address details on the checkout page.
Review & Confirm: Once confirmed, your order will be shipped to the provided address.

Before finalizing your order, make sure to review the shipping address carefully to avoid delays or other shipping issues.

Updating an Existing Order:

Important Note: You can only update the shipping address for an order that has not yet been shipped.

Order History: Navigate to your order history section and locate the order you wish to modify.
Update Shipping" Option: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you might see an option to "Update Shipping" next to your order details. Click on this option.
Edit Shipping Address: Carefully review and update the shipping address information as needed. Double-check for accuracy before confirming the changes.
Confirmation: Once you confirm the updated shipping address, the system will process your request. If the update was successful, you'll receive a confirmation email.

If you're unable to update your shipping address for an order that hasn't shipped yet, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. They'll be happy to assist you.

You can contact the support team about a specific order just by accessing your order history under "My Account" section. Once you have spotted the order for which you want to contact support, click on it, scroll the page and simply add a comment. It's that simple!
